Classic tale of girl summons demons, demons double penetrate girl and then double penetrate said girl's friends. (We know they're demons because of the giant foam horns stuck to their heads) The box cover states that it's all these girls first double penetration, and from the expression on their faces I'd say it was their last. Which, incidentally, was the same expression I wore while watching this film.
