Even though the title suggests bareback reaming, and there is plenty of that, there is a definite pissplay angle in here that only adds to the fun.
And the first scene may very well be the best of all. The focus of much of the film is muscular Dawson, who is worshipping Brad McGuire dutifully before spreading wide for a hard, raw fuck. If you're not familiar with Treasure Island, this stuff is not just bareback, it's raw, no frills, sweaty pig smut. The pop is external, but then Brad goes right back up Dawson for more, and then Dawson sucks clean anything that's left.
That's vanilla compared to what comes next. A funnel and tube go up Dawson's asshole, and the next thing you know a few other guys are circle pissing into it, and all over him. Well, Brad has to get some more of that, so he promptly takes out the tube and fucks him again, pissing deep inside him. There isn't any mention of the pissing on the cover, but it's here, it's disgusting, and it's great.
There are of course other things worth mentioning, like Kirk Nadir taking a hefty load from Tom McCarthy, or Dawson's return in a shower scene where Austin Shadow and McCarthy get to have at that keister, and even a hot "Impromptu Fuck" with Pat Jackson, Austin, and Jerek.
But then we get back to more pissing with Dawson, who drinks his own, and three other guys in a really hot warm-up that leads to another "Impromptu Fuck" with Dawson, Austin, and Tom McCarthy.
Another highlight of the movie is when Andy Hunter does a scalding bareback fuck with Josh Buchanan (it's not every day that Mr. Hunter asks to do a fuck scene sans glove) that ends with a great facial and swapping finish.
There's more of the amazing Dawson (what a slut), but the ending group scene actually has Jerek taking the majority of the loads, something he is razzed about in the funny behind-the-scenes epilogue.
